The Inclusive Family Alliance has a seven member board and an Executive Member who steer the affairs of the organisations.

The Board members are in no particular order:

Professor Mabel Oti- Boadi, a Clinical psychologist and Lecturer at the Psychology Department, University of Ghana

Ms Farida Bedwei, a Disability Icon in Ghana, a Lady living with Cerebral Palsy and Software Engineer and an IT specialist

Mr Alexander Kojo Tetteh, a senior social development officer with the Local Government Service, a disability advocate, Founder and President of four disability movement

Mrs Eyram Bashan is a Board Member of the Ghana Federation of Disability Organisations (GFD), a disability advocate and a media consultant

Mr George Owusu Asomaning is a Marketing Executive  and Father of a child with ADHD

Mr Duane Howell is a Public Health Specialist in the US Virgin Island

Ms Ellen Berko is a Public Relations professional and a parent of a child with disability
